But I haven't agreed to any ToS when I clicked that "explore EA Play" button in Game Pass app on Windows. Support gave me only some blah blah about ToS and so. If so, why he can play that NFS Heat on Xbox One, but not on Windows 11? JUST WHY, EA. I'm just looking for a confirmation that this is really the case. They said that this is NORMAL for child accounts! And I only have to wait untill he turns 15 or 16 years old and then he will be able to play the game. ![]() I was speaking with EA help twice today, but it still bothers me and I can't believe, that this might be true. I installed EA Play app, logged in with his Xbox account only to find that the games library is empty and he can't download anything - it's just empty page asking me for a redeem code.
